Costa Blanca

Stretching for over 220 km this coastline is one of the most famous in the world. Sandy golden beaches, beautiful mountain areas and a very healthy climate make this a well sought after place in which to live. Take time to search out the picturesque Spanish villages and many wonderful tapas bars where you can enjoy the local fare in a relaxed and very friendly environment.

South of Alicante

Guardamar and La Mata are both found on the coast boasting over 20 km of white sandy beaches for you to enjoy. As well as enjoying excellent shopping and leisure facilities much of the area is a nature reserve, ideal for walking or cycling.

Guardamar del Segura sits at the mouth of the river segura (rio segura) and offers several miles of well equipped sandy beaches set against a backdrop of palm groves. The town of Guardamar is also well known for its seafood cuisine and boasts an abundance of local restaurants catering all types.

The town of Torrevieja is situated along the coast to the south of Guardamar and La Mata. In recent years the town has become a very popular tourist and residential area, making it a leading attraction of the Mediterranean coastline. Benefiting from an excellent climate with all-year-round sunshine and an average daily temperature of 18’c. With its large salt lakes it has become recognized by the World Health Organization as being one of the healthiest places to live in the world.

Quesada – Rojales
Quesada is situated just 20 minute drive from Alicante airport and 7km inland.
This friendly residential village has all the services one would need for daily life with plenty of restaurants, bars, banks and shops. Quesada is set on a south-facing hillside giving you panoramic views over sea, lakes and mountains. Residents have the use of swimming pool and clubhouse as well as its 72 par golf course. Rojales is the quaint traditional village adjoining Quesada; this is where you can enjoy the Spanish fiestas, paellas and tapas.

Alicante is one of the largest cities on the Costa Blanca, a vibrant bustling city found between the mountains and the sea. You can find numerous bars, shops and restaurants around the large port area and take in the breathtaking views of the med. There is also an international airport 5 mins. away on the outskirts of the city so access is simple.

In between Alicante and Guardamar you will find Elche, home to the largest palm tree forest in Europe – a breath taking site. Famous for its parks and locally produced leather footwear, Elche now blends traditional Spain with a modern infrastructure with air conditioned indoor shopping centres.

North of Alicante

The sophisticated towns of Moraria, Calpe, Benissa, Altea and Javea are situated in the Heart of the Costa Blanca coastline. It is an ideal place to live in peace and harmony, with the world’s healthiest climate and little pollution, all amenities you could wish for, yet still retaining a traditional Spanish atmosphere. You will never tire of the outstanding beauty of this part of the Costa Blanca, with its lovely quiet bays of calm waters and cool breezes, pretty marinas and promenades with quality restaurants and boutiques and an astounding mountain backdrop.
These towns have easy access from Alicante airport with the majority of properties being within 45 minutes drive.

The area of Denia, Gandia, and Olivia is a green and mountainous area making it like heaven to the artist, garden lover and appreciator of sheer beauty. Whether coastal or inland every direction one turns there is sure to be a picturesque view.

The location is just far enough away from the airports of Alicante and Valencia (about an hour) to keep the regular tourist away, leaving a relaxed, unhurried and traditional way of life. This is the real Spain with Orange and Lemon groves making the area popular with many nationalities to make their home ‘away from home’.

Jalon valley is situated inland from Moraira and is a quiet retreat popular with the British buyer because of the quality of fine country properties.
